When I was a little girl I can remember quite vividly sitting on top of grandma’s countertop and watching her make her famous pistachio bundt cake. I loved the pretty green color of the cake mix. Grandma always let me lick the bowl and spoon, which in my opinion, was the best part of the whole ordeal. The entire house would fill with the scent of a cake baking in the oven and I could hardly wait for it to be done.
