Pretty yummy. I bought store made pico because I had already made ceviche and was being lazy, the fries are delicious homemade but I think store bought fries could suffice, just might not taste as good. ❤️
I loved the way the actual french fries turned out so crispy!! The whole dish was yummy!! Damn i wish i would’ve taken a pic but it was too yummy to wait Lol. I do recommend grilling the steak over charcoal way more flavorful.
If you are using potatoes make sure to flip them or else the bottom will burn! Would recommend keeping a close eye on the potatoes as they burn very easily
