When it comes to breakfast bakes I am all ears!
We live in Pennsylvania and my family lives in Michigan. They, along with our very special friends, come to visit us quite often. I am always happy to have them here visiting. One way that I show them my gratitude for their willingness to make an 8-hour drive just to see my family and I is by making them loads of yummy food.
Breakfast is everyone’s favorite meal, at least in my family it is. So, I like to make breakfast casseroles when friends and family come to visit. This bundt casserole creation is the perfect way to feel a small crowd.

Breakfast bundts can also be made ahead and refrigerated, then baked the next morning. I often bake an egg bake the night before and microwave it for future breakfasts. Then you don’t need both eyes open to prepare your breakfast in the morning! I can’t imagine bouncing out of bed to create this meal in the morning. If you have morning energy, you go! I don’t want to hear about it.
Haha! Ok, Me Lady cooks, I won’t tell you about my morning energy. My husband hates hearing about it, too.
