2 Tablespoons baking powder (yes, Tablespoons!)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (1 stick; 115g) unsalted butter, very cold and cubed
1 cup + 2 Tablespoons (270ml) cold buttermilk, divided
2 teaspoons honey
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


1/4 cup (4 Tablespoons; 60g) unsalted butter, melted
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
