It’s Almost Impossible To Only Have One Slice Of This Spicy, Moist Bundt Cake!

One of my favorite fall recipes is Apple Crisp. Last year, I had it almost every night for a couple of months. It is so absolutely delicious and perfectly warm for those cool nights. You don’t know how many times I’ve been wanting to make that, but it’s just too hot outside for it.

This recipe is all the flavors of apple crisp in one big cake. I can have it every night, big bites at a time, drenched in ice cream. It doesn’t go bad as fast as the other dessert, and is enough to share (problem with apple crisp is that it is not sharable). Enjoy this tonight!


4 eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup softened butter (room temperature)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups all purpose flour
