- 12 ounces penne pasta
Shrimp:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound shrimp (with the shell removed and deveined)

- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
Sauce
- 3 ounces sun-dried tomatoes (cut into 1 inch chunks)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 cups half and half
- ¾ cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
- ¾ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ⅛ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
