Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of Beef Short Ribs
- 6 ounces Tomato Paste
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup water
- ¾ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup White Distilled Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Salt
Instructions:
- Place the Beef short ribs into the Crockpot with the bones down
- In a bowl whisk together the salt, vinegar, mustard, brown sugar, water, ketchup, and tomato paste
- Pour the mixture over the beef short ribs
- Cook on low for 8 hours
- Remove the ribs from the Crockpot and shred the meat
- Return the meat to the Crockpot and the sauce
- Toss or stir the meat into the sauce
- Serve and enjoy!
