Instructions:

  1. Boil the pasta according to package directions
  2. Place a skillet on medium high heat and fry the bacon until crispy
  3. Set the bacon a a paper towel lined plate
  4. Reserve 2 tbsp bacon grease and discard the rest
  5. Chop the bacon into small pieces
  6. Add the onions and 1 tbsp Olive Oil into the pan with the bacon grease
  7. Cook the onion for 5 minutes, until translucent
  8. Add in the garlic and cook for 1 minute
  9. Add in the Vermouth and let it boil
  10. Add the chopped bacon and stir well
  11. Place the Spaghetti into a bowl and drizzle with Olive Oil
  12. Place the bacon onion mixture on the top of the pasta
  13. In a bowl combine the eggs, parmesan cheese, whipping cream and the black pepper
  14. Stir until well mixed
