Ingredients:
Crust:
- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs either store-bought or used a food processor to create fine crumbs from whole graham crackers
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar-packed
- 1/2 cup salted butter melted
Pecan Pie Filling:
- 1/3 cup salted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups pecans chopped
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
Cheesecake:
- 2 8-oz packages of cream cheese softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Pecan Topping:
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup pecans roughly chopped
