I love stuffed shells and this recipe is really, really good. Plus, and this is the best part, these stuffed shells are very easy to make. All you have to do is stuff them up with all the good stuff and cover them with red sauce and cheese and put those little babies in the oven. Yum! Talk about Italian perfection. I seriously could eat these stuffed shells every single day of the ding dang week.
