Seriously, guys and gals, whoever came up with breakfast casseroles is a genius. You get all the hearty goodness of a hot breakfast filled with the foods you love all baked into one savory casserole. It’s a win-win type of situation. I personally hate having to clean up a gazillion dishes from frying eggs, and making toast. This delicious breakfast bake allows you to skip all of that riff-raff.

My church was having a ladies breakfast a few weeks ago and this is the casserole I decided to make. It is hearty, wholesome, and very easy to put together. Plus, it feeds a crowd.
