Ingredients:
- ½ cup hot water
- 12 ounces roasted red peppers, drained
- 8 ounces ziti pasta, uncooked
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined. Chopped roughly
- ½ pound Scallops
- 4 garlic cloves, freshly minced
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 4 ounces Provolone cheese, shredded
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375*
- Lightly spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray
- Cook the pasta according to package directions
