Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup butter, unsalted and softened
- 3 cups Confectioners Sugar
Instructions:
- Using a hand mixer, beat the butter until it is light and fluffy
- Add the vanilla and beat again
- Begin adding the powdered sugar, ½ cup at a time to incorporate with no lumps
- Add in the heavy whipping cream and beat until all mixed in completely
- Fill the piping bag and frost your cake or cupcakes
