Instructions:
- Bake frozen pie crust according to package directions.
- Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the sugar, cornstarch, and water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, until thickened.
- Whisk the strawberry jelly.
- Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- Add strawberries to the cooled pie crust, then pour over the strawberry jelly mixture.
- Put it in the fridge for a few hours until it holds together.
