Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups minute rice
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can cream of celery
- Chicken pieces – you can use bone-in or boneless
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Spray baking dishes with nonstick spray.
- Mix rice and soup.
- Place chicken on top.
- Cover with foil. Bake for 90 minutes.
