Ingredients:
- 5 or 6 – 8 inch tortillas
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup confectioner’s sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400*
- Using a 4 inch cookie cutter, cut out as many rounds from the tortillas that you can, you want at least 20.
