Method:
- Add chicken and water into a pot and cook until the chicken is cooked through.
- Transfer chicken to a plate, let it cool.
- Meanwhile, toast the walnuts in the oven for about 8 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool.
- In a bowl, add lemon juice, apples, celery, grapes, cooked chicken, toasted walnuts and mayonnaise, then add a pinch of salt and pepper powder.
- Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- You can serve immediately or you can refrigerate this Salad for 30 minutes to an hour before serving. Enjoy!
