Ingredients:
- 8 ounces linguine, cooked according to package directions
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp garlic, freshly minced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
- ¼ cup Parsley, freshly chopped
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to package directions
- When ready to drain, reserve 1 cup of the water from the pan
- In a skillet set on medium heat, melt the butter
