Preparation:
- Heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
 - Combine the parsley, flour, salt, and pepper in a basin of medium size.
 - Put the cheddar cheese, sausage, and butter into a large bowl.
 - Mix well.
 - Mix the dry ingredients with your hands just until they are blended after adding them.
 - To make balls of 1 inch in diameter, pinch out parts of the dough or use a small ice cream scoop to remove them.
 - After rolling, lay the dough on a baking sheet that has a baking rack attached to it.
 - Bake for twenty-five minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
 - After letting it cool, serve it with the dipping sauce of your choice.
