Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped kale leaves, stems and ribs removed and discarded
- 2 large kiwifruits, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup cilantro sprigs
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
Directions:
- In a blender, combine kale, kiwifruits, orange juice, cilantro, celery, and ice.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth. Serve in 2 tall glasses.
