Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the steak, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, and hot sauce.
- Set them aside to soak up the flavors while the potatoes cook.
- Combine a tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of butter in a large skillet and heat it over medium-high heat.
- While the butter is melting, add the potatoes.
- Cook for about 4 minutes, stir the potatoes, and cook for another 4-5 minutes, to brown them and cook them well.
- Transfer it to a plate, also reserving
