Lemon Rosemary Salmon

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F 
  2. Put half of the lemon slices in one layer in a baking dish, then Layer with 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary and top with salmon fillets.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, layer with the 2 remaining rosemary sprigs, and top with remaining lemon slices.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Let it bake in your preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Enjoy

  • To make my salmon taste even more delicious, I add herbs, breadcrumbs, compound butter, or yogurt.
