Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup of water
Preparation:
- Sift the dry ingredients.
- Add water and mix well.
- Used to wrap fish or chicken fillets.
- Cover the fish completely.
- Fry until it becomes a nice golden brown colour.
