Directions:
- Add orange Jell-O and boiling water in a large bowl, and whisk until the Jell-O is completely dissolved.
- Add cold water to the mix and then place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes
- Take the Jello-O mix out of the refrigerator, and then add vanilla pudding to it.
- Whisk slowly until it becomes creamy, and then chill for another 20 minutes.
- Fold in Cool Whip, and some of the marshmallows and mandarin oranges, then refrigerate for another hour for it to set.
- Take it out of the fridge, add the remaining marshmallows and oranges, and then serve and enjoy.
Tips:
- If you’re unable to get Cool Whip, you can make homemade whipped cream. However, unlike Cool Whip. homemade whipped cream does not remain healthy for long and melts quickly.
- Ensure that you store in the refrigerator in an airtight container
Variations:
- The recipe can be adapted to your taste. If you want more fruity flavors, you can add the fruits that you desire
- For people on a diet, you can use sugar-free Jell-O, sugar-free pudding, and fat-free Cool Whip to save calories.
