Philly Cheesesteak Pasta

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain
  2. In a large skillet, crumble and brown the ground beef
  3. Drain the meat and place in a clean dish
  4. In the same skillet, place the butter and allow to melt
  5. Add the mushrooms and cook until soft
  6. Add in the peppers and the onions and saute until soft
  7. Reduce the heat and add the Worcestershire Sauce
  8. Add in the Can of French Onion Soup
  9. Mix the cornstarch with a little water and add to the skillet
  10. Whisk until the sauce thickens
  11. Add the cooked ground beef back into the skillet
  12. Add in the cooked and drained pasta
  13. Stir to combine well
  14. Toss in the cubed provolone cheese and place a cover on the skillet
  15. Allow the cheese to melt
  16. Season with salt and pepper if desired
