The ultimate party snack or dinner, these Philly cheesesteak sliders are made with Hawaiian rolls filled with delicious meat, melted cheese, onion, and peppers.
Ingredients:
- 1 Hawaiian roll packet
- 2 tblsp. extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 pound finely cut steak
- 12 large thinly sliced and split onions
- 1 finely sliced green bell pepper
- 8 provolone cheese slices
- 3 teaspoons melted butter
- 2 1/2 teaspoons beef stock concentration
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Using cooking spray, coat a baking pan and layer it with aluminum foil.
- To separate the top and bottom of the rolls, cut them in half horizontally, keeping them together as one slab.
