Ingredients:

Chocolate Cake:

• 2 teaspoons baking soda

• 1/4 liter milk

Caramel Layer:

• 1/4 liter chopped pecans
• 1 liter powdered sugar
• 130 mg dark corn syrup
• 1 teaspoon butter

Ganache Layer:

• 1/4 liter chopped pecans
• Chocolate curls or other decorations
• 170 ml heavy whipping cream

Ice:

• 170 ml heavy whipping cream
• Chocolate curls or other decorations
• 1 liter powdered sugar
• 190 ml soft butter
• 60 ml milk
• 1 teaspoon dark cocoa
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
