Instructions:
- In a medium to small saucepan melt your ¼ cup of butter, over medium-low heat.
- Then add cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Next add garlic and cheese and whisk continuously for 2 minutes, heating through. Stir in parsley and serve.
Tips and tricks:
- The original Alfredo sauce style is perfect, but i like to add garlic, salt, or Italian seasonings to make it taste even better.
- Milk can be used in place of heavy cream, a slighter combination of the original that doesn’t have all the calories.
- Make sure to use quality ingredients and continuously whisking, in order to get a creamy sauce.
