Directions:
- Prepare the oven and preheat it to one hundred and seventy-five degrees C or 350 degrees F.
- Add powdered sugar and butter to the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat until creamy.
- Add flour, pecans, vanilla and salt.
- Beat until well blended.
- Form small balls with the mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with paper.
- Arrange the balls on organized baking sheets.
- Make sure to walk away from every bullet.
- Place them in the preheated oven and bake for about eleven minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool completely to room temperature.
- Add the powdered sugar to a mixing bowl.
- Add the cookies in batches, then toss until well-coated. Serve and enjoy!
