Instructions:
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients needed for the cake, and blend until creamy and smooth.
- Layer the batter in a 9×13 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix the topping ingredients until well combined.
- Spread the topping over the cake batter, and swirl to combine.
- Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes.
- Let cool for 30 minutes.
- Blend the frosting ingredients and spread over the cake while it is still a bit warm.
