Instructions:

  1. Using a large skillet, brown the ground beef.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  3. Sprinkle with Taco seasoning and garlic powder.
  4. Stir until well mixed
  5. Add in the beef broth, tomato sauce, drained corn, salsa, and rice.
  6. Stir to combine
  7. Cover the pan, and bring to a boil.
  8. Lower the heat and cook for 18 to 20 minutes, until the rice is tender
  9. Sprinkle the cheese on the top, cover again, and let the cheese melt for 5 minutes
