Directions:
- Prepare the grill for indirect cooking at 350 degrees.
 - Combine melted butter, Worcestershire, Dijon, onion, and poppy seeds in a small bowl.
 - Slice Hawaiian rolls in half crosswise.
 - Place the bottom halves of the rolls on the baking sheet and drizzle with half the butter mixture.
 - Layer slices of ham on rolls and top with shredded cheese.
 - Place the top roll halves over the cheese and drizzle with the remaining butter mixture.
 - Cover the pan with foil and place on the grill for 20 minutes.
 - Remove foil and continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes. (if cooking in the oven decrease cooking time slightly)
 - Cut into individual serving pieces.
