Instructions:
- Slice each chicken breast into three large pieces.
- Add milk into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the chicken pieces into the bowl with milk. Use your hands to soak the chicken completely.
- Place the bowl inside the fridge and let the chicken pieces soak in milk for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
- Add 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, seasonings, and mayonnaise into a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
- Remove the chicken pieces from the milk, then lay them into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Add the cheese mixture over the chicken breasts and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the rest of the Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken.
- Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake the chicken for 45 minutes or until done. Broil for another minute or until the top turns brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow them to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
