Directions:
- In a large non-stick frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the smoked sausages and cook until brown on the edges.
- Remove the sausages from the pan and place on a plate lined with a paper towel.
- Add potatoes with cooking until they start to brown and become soft.
- Add the onion, paprika and garlic and cook until soft.
- Add the chicken stock, cover and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally until the potatoes are cooked.
- Stir the seasoning and return the sausages to the pan.
- Serve as a main dish with vegetarian on the side.
