Parmesan Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless Pork Chops
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350*
  2. Brush the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish with Olive Oil and set to the side
  3. In a shallow dish whisk the egg
  4. In another shallow dish combine the Parmesan Cheese and Cajun Seasoning
  5. One by one dip a pork chop into the beaten egg
  6. Then place on the dish with Parmesan and seasoning. Coat both sides of the pork chops
  7. Place the Pork Chops in the prepared baking dish
  8. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes
  9. Test the thickest portion of the pork chop for doneness. The meat thermometer should read a minimum of 145*
  10. If needed, return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes
