Ingredients:
- 24 Graham Crackers
- 2 sticks butter, unsalted
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 2 cups Pecans, chopped
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, place the butter and the brown sugar
- Melt together over medium heat
- Line a baking tray with Aluminum foil
- Lay the graham crackers out in a single layer on the prepared baking tray
- Once the butter and sugar begin to boil, let boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the chopped pecans
- Pour the mixture over the graham crackers and spread evenly
- Place the baking pan into the refrigerator until the treat has hardened
- Break into pieces and serve or package and give as gifts
