Instructions:
- In a bowl mix together the flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg, ginger, sage, thyme, and cayenne pepper with the paprika and whisk well.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, add water, and stir together
- Dip each pork chop in the flour mixture then into the egg mix, and once more into the flour mix.
- Press down to be sure the flour and spices adhere to the egg wash.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with 2 tbsp of Canola Oil
- Fry the pork chops for 5 to 6 minutes per side
- Drain on a wire rack
- In a bowl combine the minced garlic, Olive Oil, honey, soy sauce, and pepper
- Mix well to be assured that it is all blended
- Once drained of excess grease, dip each pork chop into the Garlic and Honey sauce
- Place on a plate and serve with your favorite side dish.
