Ingredients:
- 1 potato
- 3 teaspoons of Creole seasoning
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of celery flakes
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- 1 cup of water
Methods:
- Cut potatoes and carrots
- Roast Beef – Season with ingredients and fry in a skillet over the stove
- Arranged in a gratin dish

- Add more Creole seasoning to taste and cover with aluminum foil
- Bake at 350 degrees for two and a half hours
- Remove the saucepan – add carrots and potatoes
