Ingredients :

  • 4 pounds of chicken
  • litre of whey
  • 1 tablespoon of Tabasco or hot sauce of your choice
  • Two cups of flour
  • 1/4 cup of starch
  • 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon of celery salt
  • Teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher white pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a large airtight container or plastic bag, add the chicken pieces, yogurt, and hot sauce. Stir to cover and let cool overnight
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, cornstarch and spices. Cover the baking sheet with a rack.
