Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 12 ounces egg noodles, cooked according to directions
- 1 16-ounce can of tomato sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese, Cheddar is what I use
- Fresh parsley as a garnish
