Ingredients:

• 650g strip loin, sliced
• 650g small yellow potatoes, cut into wedges.
• 1 t of olive oil
• 3 t of butter
• 5 crushed garlic cloves
• 1 teaspoon of chopped thyme
• 1 t of fresh rosemary (rosemary)
• 1 t of oregano
• Salt/ground black pepper
• Crush the red pepper flakes (optional)

For the marinated-sauce:

• 1/3 c am willow
• 1 t of olive oil
• 1c hot sauce
• Ground black pepper
