Instructions:
- Place a large pot on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
 - Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and allow it to become hot.
 - Add the spice of Italian sausage and crumble it into small pieces.
 - Cook until the color turns brown.
 - Remove the sausage from the pot and place it in a small mixing bowl.
 - In the same pot, add the bell peppers, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
 - Saute for 2 minutes or until the bell peppers are soft.
 - Add in the garlic and cook until aromatic.
 - Add in white wine and heat until reduced.
 - Add in the diced tomatoes, olive oil and chopped basil. Stir until well combined.
 - Drizzle 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
 - Add in the cooked sausage, chopped parsley, and 1/2 of the Julienned basil. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes or until well blended.
 - Remove from the heat and prepare the noodles.
 - Refer to the directions provided on the package of the egg noodles.
 - Drain the noodles and add them to the sauce. Mix using tongs until well combined.
 - Spoon into a serving plate sprinkle the rest of the Julliened basil on top and drizzle with olive oil.
 - Serve and enjoy!
