Ingredients:
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped into small pieces
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2 pounds ground beef, lean
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350
- Heat oil in the skillet and saute green pepper and onion
- Place the peppers and onion into a bowl, add the milk and the ground beef, bread crumbs and seasonings
- Mix together with your hands until well incorporated
