Mexican lasagna taco

Ingredients:

• 12-13 soft flour 6-inch tortilla
• 2 pounds. ground beef
• 2 packets of taco seasoning
• 2 c tomato cubes
• 1 c cubed red onion
• 1/2 c diced green onion
• 1/4 c chopped jalapeno, optional
• Kosher salt to taste
• 2 c heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 stick of butter
• 3 c taco cheese or shredded Mexican cheese
• 1.5 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning
• Sour cream decorations
• Green onion garnish cubes
