Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350*
- Using a hand mixer, cream the butter and sugar together
- Add in the eggs and mix well
- Add in the flour, buttermilk, vanilla and salt and mix thoroughly
- Pour into the prepared pie crust and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until set. The middle may still jiggle a little bit, but it cannot be liquidy.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
