Directions:
- Blend frozen strawberries, yogurt, oats, water, flaxseeds, and bananas in a blender until the mixture is smooth.
- Divide between two bowls.
- Top each bowl with 2 tablespoons sliced strawberries, 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios, 1 tablespoon coconut, 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds, 1/2 teaspoon flaxseeds, and half of the banana slices.
- Serve immediately.

TIP:
- You can use either whole flaxseed or ground flaxseed in this recipe. Either way, store it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh longer; ground flaxseed will last for six months and whole seeds will last for a year. It makes a healthy addition to baked goods too.
