Ingredients:
- 5 potatoes, white or Yukon Gold
 - 5 pork chops
 - 1 onion sliced or diced
 - 1 cup whole milk
 - 3 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
 - 3 tbsp butter, unsalted
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Optional:
- I add chives or green onions, a sprinkle of seasoning salt, and a pinch of garlic salt to boost the bland flavor
 
Instructions:
- Peel and slice the potatoes, no more than ¼ inch each slice
 - Peel and quarter the onion, split each quarter in half
 - Use a block of Cheddar Cheese, shred it freshly
 - Preheat the oven to 350*
